Best decision we made in our new home was hiring The Blind Guy! Jason responded quickly and was able to order/install our interior shutters in no time. He was professional, communicative, and so helpful. Install was a breeze and he made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning for all future orders!

I called Jason on Wednesday to try to get his help with some blinds installed by another company. That company was not willing to send anyone to help even though I paid over $5000 upfront. The blinds have not worked properly since day 1. Jason told me he would do his best and came out the next day. Not only was he very helpful and honest, his attitude and willingness to trouble shoot a situation that he was not a part of, was beyond wonderful customer service. I wish I would have worked with him from the beginning. If we ever need anything in the future, he will be the first one I call. He has a ton of products and knowledge. Wish I had known about him before.

The Blind Guy of 30A and Jason the owner are incredibly professional, courteous, and prompt. We enjoyed our experience with them and we are very satisfied with our shades they installed in our screened-in porch. I highly recommend them.
